Since February 2013, we’ve been delivering HEEPS:ABS measures on behalf of our clients Inverclyde Council and the WISE Group.

We’ve delivered over 1,000 solid wall insulation and 280 heating measures, significantly improving housing standards in the region.

Using our own in-house surveyors, we’ve taken a whole-house approach to identifying all suitable measures, maximising energy efficiency. Additional measures installed have included:

• gas infill
• heating systems and boiler upgrades
• dormers and cladding
• re-roofing
• UPVC windows and doors
• close doors
• door entry systems
• structural repairs
• communal television systems
• close painting

As we deliver Inverclyde’s current HEEPS scheme, we continue to receive positive feedback from residents. One of our current schemes includes an EWI programme to no-fines properties in Devol, developed in partnership with Link Housing Association.
