Established as a meaningful way to increase diversity across the business, Sureserve plc has set up a women in business working group.
Meeting each quarter, the group’s key aims are to maximise female staff retention and increase the number of women employed across the businesses, particularly in roles that are traditionally held by males. In an industry that’s known for being male-dominated, Sureserve and its subsidiaries are striving to set us apart by making our workforce as diverse as possible.
Each business benefits from one representative on the working group – an individual responsible for sharing the experiences of their colleagues.
