Since the inception of our whole house refurbishment division, we’ve developed an excellent understanding of the requirements of the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS).

Before works begin, we work closely with third parties (including Occupational Therapists) to make sure all resident requirements are considered. We take full responsibility for the works all the way through from design to completion, working closely with residents to incorporate their choices in finish – all in line with housing association or local authority requirements.

For all our regeneration works, we carry out associated works in-house, including joinery, electrical, plumbing and builders work, allowing us to maintain firm control over the quality of installations. All our operatives are customer care-trained and Disclosure Scotland-checked, ensuring residents are reassured and safeguarded.
