Providing our clients with a technical solution regardless of property type, we offer both external and internal wall insulation.
Non-traditional and solid wall properties can lose twice as much as a house with traditional cavity wall construction, so installing energy measures is crucial to creating a more sustainable home – and importantly, reducing fuel bills. As an example, householders in a detached property can save £415 a year on their fuel bills and around 1,840kg of CO2 in the same time frame (according to Energy Saving Trust).
Installing EWI comes with a number of additional benefits: it regenerates the aesthetic appearance of the external façade, improves weatherproofing and sound resistance and can reduce condensation and prevent dampness on internal walls. For properties where overcoming planning restrictions are a challenge, internal wall insulation (IWI) is a cost-effective alternative solution.
We continually seek to promote the use of innovative solutions, including injected bead IWI, where injection holes are drilled on the inner leaf of external walls, and a specialist bead product injected into the walls to ensure a full fill of insulation before re-sealing holes and preparing for re-decoration.
On top of this, we’ve successfully delivered ‘hybrid’ SWI projects for our clients, installing both EWI and IWI in individual properties to overcome technical issues while maximising thermal efficiency. Maximising the financial viability of our schemes, we have our access to considerable ECO funding through bilateral agreements with our utility company partners.
For both EWI and IWI, Everwarm have strong relationships in place with multiple leading manufacturers, meaning we can offer clients a range of options to comply fully with their specification. We only use BBA-approved systems, and our installers are manufacturer trained, ensuring the highest quality of installation.
