Before recommending any type of traditional insulation as a viable measure, our Elmhurst-approved surveyors carry out a detailed technical survey. Regardless of the type of insulation being installed, our specialist team of installers will ensure full compliance with relevant building regulations and make certain the required U-value is achieved (the measurement of how quickly heat will travel through the floor).

We’re constantly seeking to partner with innovative suppliers on the market - one of those being Q-bot. Using a small, motorised robot, a layer of spray foam insulation is applied to the underside of the floorboards and expands to fill any gaps. Offering further variation, we can also install rigid insulation to external soffits located in passageways below rooms – typically as part of larger projects involving external wall insulation.
