Following a direct award on lot 5 of the I-Flair Property Maintenance Framework, Everwarm worked in partnership with Williamsburgh HA to deliver a bathroom replacement project in Paisley.

Our approach to each property was bespoke, depending on the particular needs of each resident. The full list of products installed includes:

• Concealed cistern
• Wash hand basin
• Acrylic/steel bath
• Electric/thermostatic shower
• Shower rail and curtain
• Ceramic wall tiling
• Wall panel splashback
• Level access/stone resin shower tray
• Vinyl/PVC slip resistant flooring
• Extractor fan
• Carbon monoxide detector
• Light fittings

Phase one consisted of 120 properties. Due to the success of this initial scheme, we were then awarded a second phase for works to an additional 70 properties.

All works in Paisley were completed on time and within budget, allowing us to maximise benefits to both the association and their tenants. As a testament to the success of our approach, dialogue is currently underway with the association to negotiate a third delivery phase.
