This UK Government-funded scheme offers 100% funding for eligible homeowners to improve their property’s energy efficiency.

What's Covered?
The scheme can fund:

• Wall, loft and floor insulation
• Low carbon heating: Air Source Heat Pumps
• Solar panels

What are the eligibility criteria?

To qualify, you must:

• Own their home.
• Have a household income of £36,000 or less, or live in a qualifying postcode
• Live in a home with a low energy rating and NO GAS CENTRAL HEATING
• Reside in an existing domestic property (not new builds or self-built homes)

We will then carry out an initial eligibility assessment and contact you within six working days. Customers will then be required to provide documentation to enable us to verify your eligibility for the scheme.

If eligible, we’ll schedule a visit from one of our qualified property surveyors to assess your home. After approval from the Council and your agreement, Everwarm’s accredited installers will complete the upgrades.
