In line with the latest Scottish Government guidance and proposals put forward in the Construction Re-Start Model, Everwarm has developed robust plans to safeguard our employees, customers and the communities we work in. Ensuring the wellbeing of all we work alongside will be our priority at all times. Our COVID-19 working processes include:

• A mandatory re-induction process for all staff returning to work.
• Daily recorded checks to ensure staff remain symptom-free
• Customer call scripts to ensure a full understanding of customers’ circumstances.
• COVID-19 Risk Assessments for specific workstreams.
• Robust signage across all workplaces to remind staff of their responsibilities.
• Compliance checklists and auditing at regular intervals.
